Senior PHP Developer Responsibilities:

As a software developer you will be working closely with the project manager, quality assurance and business analysts to design and develop software that will impact the lives of our members. You are responsible for developing highly scalable, secure web and mobile applications.

Senior PHP Developer Qualifications:

Must Have:

• A passion for changing people s lives through technology
• Exceptional with PHP and MVC
• Experience using HTML, CSS
• Experience with SQL preferably MySQL
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Experience with API integrations
• Experience developing RESTful architectures
• Defensive programming experience
• Agile development methodologies
• Expert with JavaScript
• Unit Module and Integration Testing
• Comfortable working on Linux and/or OSX

Nice to Have:
Jira, Stash and Bamboo project management, build and continuous integration
Linux server configuration and management
AWS deployment and administration
Network security
Experience with the CodeIgniter framework
Experience with Bootstrap
Experience in mobile application development in iOS and Android

Senior PHP Developer Education:
Minimum 5 years of experience
BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
